A downloadable game
Information:
This is a showcase of my technical and artistic skills in environment design. It shows my proficiency in leveraging 3D modelling and post-processing techniques to create a unique painted look. Every visual asset (3d models, textures and screen space shaders) is made by me from scratch using Blender and Photoshop.
Mechanics:
- Compelling Movement mechanics with polished subtle implements such as head bob and unique footstep sounds per material make it feel immersive to just walk around the map.
- Saving mechanics work by posting photos on social media. This will help guide the narrative and show the social impact on the character. How comments and strangers can impact one's emotions.
- Day and night cycle. The environment changes with time, spawning butterflies in the morning and fireflies in the nighttime.
